Matthew has been in ministry since he was 18 years old, serving in a variety of roles including Youth Pastor, Adults Pastor, Associate Pastor, and now Lead Pastor. His journey in ministry has given him a deep love for people and a lifelong passion to help others experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Matt holds a degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Greek and Hebrew literature. In addition to leading his local church family, he also serves as an Elder within the denomination, providing encouragement and guidance to other pastors and leaders. Since joining Corona Friends in 2024, Matt has been dedicated to creating a welcoming, Christ-centered community where lives are transformed, hearts are healed, and the future is filled with hope. Outside of ministry, Matt’s greatest joy is his family; his wife, Tiffini, and their two sons, Oliver, and Zeke. When he’s not preaching or meeting with people, you’ll likely find him camping, hiking, or experimenting with something new in the kitchen.

Emma is a Corona native and has served on staff at Corona Friends since 2020. She has a bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry from Azusa Pacific University. Emma is passionate about reaching the city of Corona and has a heart for equipping others to live out their faith. In her free time, you can usually find Emma snowboarding, playing games with friends and family, or enjoying a day at the beach.

Tiffini has been part of the Friends Church family her entire life and felt a clear call to ministry at just 16. That calling led her to earn a degree in Christian Ministry and Leadership, preparing her to serve others with passion and purpose. Worship has always been central to Tiffini’s story, from singing in kids’ choirs to leading worship teams and empowering high school students to grow as worship leaders themselves. She’s married to Matthew, and together they’re raising two miracle boys, Oliver and Zeke. When she’s not leading worship or serving her community, you’ll find Tiffini homeschooling her boys, playing Halo with Matthew, writing or reading a good book, or spending the day at Legoland with her family.

Nathanael has lived in Southern California his entire life growing up in Chino Hills and studying theology at Biola University and Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada. He has been passionate about student ministry since being a student himself attending North Hills Church in Brea. Nathanael spent eight years as a Pastor of Student Ministries at a church in Fountain Valley. He currently serves Corona Friends as the Student Ministry Director and works full-time as a driver for the Corona-Norco Family YMCA. In his free time, Nathanael enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing basketball.

Melissa's has lived her whole life in Southern California, growing up in Baldwin Park, and getting her Associates Degree in Paraprofessional Education from Mt. San Antonio and her Bachelors Degree in Education Studies from Central State University in Ohio. She is married to her husband Ryan, has 2 children, Liam and Hannah, and is expecting their third child in 2026. Melissa has always been passionate about ministry since she was invited to youth group at the age of 14 and has been active in the church ever since. She has spent 13 years in ministry starting when she was 15 in student leadership at a church in Covina, Ca. In her free time, Melissa loves to visit family out of state, go to sporting events, and doing her yearly 5k Pancreatic Cancer walk in honor of her dad.
